About this experience
Sigiriya Rock Fortress summit
Built by King Kashyapa in the 5th century as a sky palace, Sigiriya is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and arguably Sri Lanka's most iconic sight. The 1,200 steps pass mirror walls, frescoes and the giant lion's-paw gateway before opening onto the summit ruins with 360° jungle views.
