How do deposits and payments work?+
Once your itinerary is confirmed we request a small deposit to secure hotels and your driver. The balance can be settled before or on arrival — we'll share all details with your quote.
Do you help with the Sri Lanka visa (ETA)?+
Yes. We guide you through the online ETA application and can answer any entry questions before you travel.
Can we change the itinerary during the tour?+
Absolutely. Every tour is private, so you can linger longer, skip a stop or add a new one — just tell your chauffeur guide.
What is included in the price?+
A private air-conditioned vehicle, English-speaking chauffeur guide, fuel, highway tolls, parking and the driver's meals and accommodation. Entrance tickets, safari jeeps and most meals are optional extras.
What vehicle will we travel in?+
We match the vehicle to your group — a comfortable car for couples, a spacious van for families and groups, with room for your luggage.
Do you arrange airport pickup?+
Yes, your driver meets you at Bandaranaike International Airport and drops you back at the end of your journey.
